Using the poly-lactic acid as a fuel additive to enhance the physicochemical properties of aircraft jet fuel grade A1

The combustion quality and energy content of Jet fuel are important to characteristics. There some essential performance characteristics include density, flash point, freezing kinematic viscosity at -20o C, smoke distillation temperatures should be detected controlled. In this study, an experimental investigation was performed in order determine the effects polylactic acid, tetrahydrofuran, A1 blends on physical chemical properties blends. For purpose, studied were analyzed using Miniscan IR which is a high speed for comprehensive automatic measurement fuels. From our results, it found that maximum point enhancement obtained by S3 (95%Jet A1/5%THF/250ppmPLA) (42.3oC) while (38oC) blank A1. On other hand, decreasing achieved S6 A1/5%THF/2500ppmPLA) (-65.4oC), (-62.6oC) fuel. net heat value S2 A1/5%THF) (56.44 MJ/kg), (55.62 MJ/kg) sample.
